Here are a few of my shop policies:
1. I do not do order cancellations. Once an order has been placed, it will ship to you and you may sell the pin as you wish.
2. Once the package is in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible if the address was wrong on the order. You must go to USPS website and file for missing packages if it is lost.
3. If a package is marked delivered, but it cannot be found, I will not send a replacement if it is a pin with an LE of 50 or lower.
4. I reserve the right to refund any order due to fraudulent behavior
